Oh, George

Here’s something my Coma-Sis sent me that I want to share with you all.

It sure lightened my mood! AND Taught me a Valuable lesson ๐Ÿ˜‰

By Nancy Poucher

Mildred, the church gossip and self-appointed monitor of the church’sย morals, kept sticking her nose into other people’s business.

Several membersย did not approve of her activities, but feared her enough to maintain theirย silence.

She made a mistake, however, when she accused George, a new churchย member, of being an alcoholic after she sawย  his old pickup parked in front of the town’s only bar one afternoon.

Sheย  emphatically told George (andย several others) that everyone who saw it parked there would know exactly whatย he was doing.

George, a man of few words, stared at her for a moment andย then just turned and walked away.

Heย  didn’t explain, defend or deny… Heย said nothing.

Later that evening, George quietly parked his pickup inย front of Mildred’s house…Walked homed and left it there all night!

You gottaย loveย  George…ย
