So Much…

There is so much going on in Our World…

So much crime, violence, hatred even…

Lord, Help Us.

What never ceases to amaze me, however, is that while all this goes on around us, we are still able to disconnect and get caught up in our immediate realities.

I, myself, pause and feel as if all that is occurring has to be some kind of Horrible Nightmare!

Then, when I “awaken” I am surrounded by immediate pressures and, well, trials in my everyday…

I wonder, is it like this for you?

Immediacy take precedence over World Issues, unless you are directly involved with these World Issues, I suppose.

Where am I going with this?

This morning, my Beloved Husband has made me cry and laugh at the same time when I shared with him how overwhelmed I am…

I now share it with you…

I know God won’t give me anything I can’t handle. I just wish He didn’t trust me so much.
